Breathe Easy Week 2014

The theme for this year is breathlessness and early diagnosis.

It’s normal to feel breathless every now and again, for example after exercising or heavy physical activity that you’re not used to. However, sometimes being short of breath can be a symptom of a lung condition such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma or interstitial lung disease. It’s important that these conditions are diagnosed as early as possible to make them more treatable.
