NCMP data for 2014-15 shows both Redcar & Cleveland and Hartlepool among the 20 areas in England with highest levels of obesity at age 4-5 years. In addition, Hartlepool has the 6th highest level of obesity for children aged 10-11 years. All four Tees areas were significantly higher than England for obesity at age 4-5 years (Darlington was statistically similar).
