The latest child measurement data shows that Redcar & Cleveland has the highest rate of obesity in 5-year-olds in England. Obesity rates are above the England average for 5-year-olds in all Tees Valley local authorities except for Darlington and Stockton. At age 11, all except Darlington are above the England average.
